Hello, fellow wanderers and adventure enthusiasts! We’re Eric and Taylor, and we’re thrilled to welcome you to our world of budget-friendly travel, adrenaline-pumping activities, and share with you some of our itineraries (and how they changed on the road), while working a 9-5.
Our journey together began with a shared passion for exploring the world, fueled by a desire to discover hidden, and known, gems while keeping our wallets happy and working full time jobs. You see, we firmly believe that adventure knows no bounds, and can be for everyone.
We create a strict budget for every trip we go on, and it’s a skill we’re eager to share with you. We’ve mastered the art of finding the best deals on flights, accommodations, and delicious food (our guilty pleasure).
Skiing, mountain biking, paddleboarding—you name it, we’re up for the challenge! Adventure sports have a special place in our hearts because they allow us to connect with nature in exhilarating ways. We’ve tackled the slopes of the Rockies, shredded mountain bike trails in Appalachia, and been thrown around in the waves on paddleboards. There’s something truly magical about the adrenaline rush and the sense of freedom that comes with these activities.
Now, let’s talk about one of our favorite things: building itineraries. From meticulously researching the must-visit spots to curating unique experiences, we work hard to create the perfect roadmaps for our journeys. But here’s the twist: we’re also firm believers in spontaneity. Sometimes, the most unforgettable moments happen when you veer off the planned route. So, while we love to create itineraries, we’re not afraid to ditch them in favor of unexpected discoveries.
